It took me more than 30 years of intense experiences,
physical issues and the birth of my kids, to start realizing,
that I don`t live authentic life.
This was the beginning of my journey through deep
valleys and high mountains, wonderful views, unexpected ways and wonderful discoverys.

All these personal experiences, different teachers and
educations such as Systemical Coach, Breathwork-Teacher and MBSR-Trainer created the fundament for a deeper understanding of human behaviour.

With my move to Portugal a huge and new inner growth began. The wonderful presence of nature opened my heart for a deep connection to my inner self.
I started listening to mother earth, being with her and receiving her beautiful healing energy.
Through nature I was able to ground myself, to step deeper into my natural being and to open myself for connections to my soul and the collective.

I experienced huge and small insights, released and transformed multiple unhealthy patterns, believe systems and ancestral stories. With different teachers I dived deeply into energetic and systemic work on the body and the soul level. Individually and collectively.
What I found, and what continues to nourishes and enrich me, is inner peace and freedom.
My place of trust in life and the source.
And my place of consciousness and connection.
To our bodies and our souls.
